Planning time: 10 minutesYield: Makes enough for 3 to 4 sandwiches
To make ground ham, cleave extra ham into 3D squares and either beat in a sustenance processor or put through a meat processor.
Fixings
2 mugs finely diced or ground ham (around 3/4 pound)
3 hard-bubbled eggs, cleaved
1/4 glass sweet pickle savor
1/4 glass mayonnaise
2 Tbsp minced green onion
2 Tbsp minced celery

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Method
Blend everything except for the salt, pepper and cayenne in a substantial bowl. Taste and include cayenne, salt and dark pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
