Preheat the stove to 350F.

Make the marinara sauce (or substitute locally acquired sauce): Heat 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil in a huge broiler safe sauté dish over medium-high warmth. Include the onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, mixing every so often, until the onions are mollified and translucent. Include the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Include smashed tomatoes and cook until the sauce begins rising at a quick stew, 1 to 2 minutes.

Diminish warmth to low and let the sauce proceed gradually stewing for 5 to 7 minutes, mixing once in a while. Blend in nectar, parsley, basil and oregano and cook for one more moment. Season sauce with salt to your taste. Kill warm. (Makes 2 1/2 to 3 containers; keeps 4 to 5 days refrigerated or 3 months solidified.)

Cook the pasta: Bring 2 quarts of water to bubble in a pot. Season with a liberal squeeze of salt. Once the water bubbles, include pasta and cook for 7 to 9 minutes, contingent upon how you like your pasta. Deplete and run pasta under chilly water. Put aside.

Make the wiener and spinach sauce: Heat 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil in a vast skillet over medium-high warmth. Include cleaved hotdog and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until the meat is cooked through. Include pasta sauce and warmth for a moment. Include spinach and overlap it into the sauce. The spinach ought to begin shrinking in 30 seconds.
